Real Estate Advisory Committee
As available real estate changes rapidly, the community cannot easily keep up with inventory that might accommodate impacted small businesses on a temporary or permanent basis. A real estate advisory committee can be formed, made up of local real estate professionals, to serve as a resource locating potential spaces that may be used for this purpose. This Advisory Committee would report to the dedicated project manager, local government or organization that is engaged with addressing displacement.
